Internet Connection Failed
Cucku needs an Internet connection to access your
Cucku Account. The
Internet Connection Failed message appears
when Cucku cannot connect to your account.
If you see this message when you first use Cucku
or after upgrading then your firewall or Internet security
software might be blocking Cucku. In most cases you will be
prompted to allow Cucku Backup (cucku.exe) to access the
Internet by your firewall. See

If you use a proxy server to connect to the Internet you can
configure it by clicking the Proxy Settings link. Then
check Use proxy server for Internet connections and
enter the host and port of your proxy server. You can
enter either an IP address or a host name for the host.
If your proxy server requires a username and password
check enable proxy server authentication and enter
your credentials. Cucku will store your proxy server
credentials in an encrypted format.
