Cucku Backup is now Skype Certified

As of today, Cucku Backup joins the stable of Skype Certified products. You can read more about the certification process at the Skype Developer Zone. Our Extra will be updated within the next two weeks, or you can download Cucku Backup 1.21 today.

Why Cucku?

It's not because we're mad. Some species of Cuckoo increase their odds of reproducing successfully by hiding their eggs in other birds' nests. Their eggs are camouflaged to look like they belong, and so the foster mother looks after them as if they were her own.

Cucku Backup applies the same principle to your files, spreading the risk so you can be confident they can't be lost in a single accident or disaster. Of course, unlike the Cuckoo, we always ask permission first.

Cucku Incorporated

Cucku, Inc officially came to life today - we completed filing as a Delaware Corporation. Research for Cucku Backup started in late 2006 and we started development in earnest at the start of 2007.
